With 15 years years of experience practicing law. Kelly Decker brings a unique perspective to family law and civil litigation. Kelly focuses on complex divorce cases that require experience and knowledge in real estate, business and probate law. Her background is distinguished by years of trial and appellate experience in real estate, oil & gas, contract and fiduciary duty litigation. Kelly Decker represents individuals needing pre-nuptual agreements for various reasons such as asset or business protection, to protect children from a prior marriage or to simply avoid a costly divorce. Having experience litigating the “just and right” division in a divorce gives her that much more ability to draft excellent pre and post nuptial agreements for her clients.

Additionally, Kelly represents businesses in varied litigation matters and serves as outside general counsel to the needs of small to medium sized local businesses.
