Sexual harassment, glass ceiling, reverse discrimination, failure to promote, #metoo, #timesup, failure to hire are the just the staring buzz words at issue in these particularly sensitive cases. Kelly represents employees against employers of all sizes across the wide scope of what comprises employment discrimination.

Kelly has specifically represented employees against employers ranging in size of less than fifty employees to over 300 employees. Some of her work has brought her publicity given the hot button issues presented by today’s conflict between equality and “the way its always been.” Threading the needle between the many laws making it difficult to maintain a lawsuit against an employer and the often tragic discrimination faced by Kelly’s clients, is a challenge Kelly accepts.
